The membership of the Association of Veterans Affairs Anesthesiologists (AVAA) is pleased to welcome you to its official web site. The AVAA is an independent association of VA Anesthesiologists whose purpose is to advance the practice of Anesthesiology in the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) and to represent our members on important clinical, administrative and educational issues. The AVAA works collaboratively with the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the DVA Headquarters Anesthesia Service, our academic University affiliates, and private industry. Read all about it in the newly updated Presidents Report and then see the powerpoints, see the pictures and HEAR the meeting on the Annual Meeting Minutes Page (members only). And then COMMUNICATE with your peers on our NEW message forum. Yes, its totally new and SIMPLER to use, so give it a try! And finally, as you'll hear in the broadcast email, we've simplified our password system! So, best of the coming holidays to all and please keep in touch.
